Are you new to O’Naturalis or would you like to know more about managing your customer account? Follow our simple guide to explore all the features of your Customer Account, optimize your shopping experience and take full advantage of our loyalty program.
For access your Customer Account nothing could be simpler! Simply click on the little character icon to the right of the menu bar, or go directly to the “onaturalis.bio/mon-compte/“. If you don’t yet have an onaturalis.bio customer account, don’t worry: you can create one. You can also create one when you confirm your order, remembering to tick the “Create a customer account” box.
A few explanations about your Customer Account menu (see image above):
1. Dashboard: This is the home page of your customer area. The dashboard gives you a quick overview of links to key functions.
2. Orders: Here you can consult your order history, view the details of each order and download your invoices. An efficient way to track and manage your purchases.
3. Store credits: Check your available credit and exchange your gift cards for customer credit. With this credit, you can pay for your future purchases!
4. Downloads: Although O’Naturalis does not currently offer any downloadable products, this space is intended to allow you to download them easily when we do.
5. Addresses: Manage your billing and delivery addresses here. You can change them at any time to make sure your orders arrive exactly where you want them.
6. Account details: This is where you can check and modify your personal information. Update your name, e-mail address and password to ensure the security of your account.
7. My points: Discover your loyalty points balance and history. For each order, you earn loyalty points. You can redeem your points for customer credit in euros, a key feature of our loyalty program. You can also exchange them when validating a future order. Learn everything there is to know about your loyalty points and how to use them in this article.
8. Logout: You can also use this function to log out, for example if you don’t want to leave your account open on your browser, or to switch to another customer account.
