Choice of shipping method and rate
You can choose your preferred carrier and shipping method when you confirm your order. Carriers and shipping methods depend on the country, the time of year and the contractual conditions we have been able to obtain. Our aim is to offer you the best service at the best price.
The delivery prices below include 21% (Belgian) VAT. They are given as examples and are not binding on O’Naturalis srl or its partners. Only the prices shown when validating your order are valid. Rates vary according to the tariff conditions of our carriers. The VAT rate applied at the time of order is the standard VAT rate of the country of delivery.

Delivery times
Our team will ship your order within a maximum of 2 working days.
Delivery times vary according to destination country and… the time of year. In general: 1 to 2 working days for Belgium and 2 to 6 working days for Germany, France, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy. In very busy periods, such as the approaching holiday season, or for other reasons such as industrial action or force majeure, delivery times may be extended, without O’Naturalis and its team being held responsible.
To sum up, under normal circumstances, you will receive your order within 2 to 4 working days for Belgium, and 5 to 8 working days for Germany, France, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy. You will receive an e-mail informing you that your parcel has been picked up and giving you instructions for tracking it via a “Track and Trace” application.
We rely on the logistics company Sendcloud to issue shipping labels and manage parcel tracking.
